Pursuant to the current legislation on personal data protection ("Privacy Policy"), including EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the decisions of the Data Protection Authority ("Privacy Authority"), Rossini S.p.A., with its registered office in Rescaldina (MI), Viale Alcide De Gasperi 5, as the Data Controller (the "Company" or the "Controller"), provides users (hereinafter the "Users" or, in the singular, the "User") with the following information regarding the cookies installed on the domain www.rossini-spa.it (the "Site") and its subdomains accessible through the Site.
Cookies are text and number files that are installed during browsing on a website, within the memory of the device (PC, smartphone, or tablet) connected to the Internet through the installed browser. Data communication and dissemination
The data collected using cookies may be processed by our employees and collaborators as persons authorized to process data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These data may also be processed by trusted companies that perform technical and organizational tasks on our behalf. These companies are our direct collaborators and operate under a specific appointment as data processors.
